Rigging
Rigging is a loaded structure. We inspect, replace, and set up standing and running rigging, and we install the deck hardware that has to hold when the boat is sailing, not just when it is at the dock.
- Standing rigging. Shrouds, stays, terminals, and chainplates inspected for age, stretch, and corrosion, then replaced or re-tuned to the boat.
- Running rigging and hardware. Halyards, sheets, blocks, clutches, tracks, and winches serviced or replaced, and new hardware installed so the lead is right.
- Timed to the haul or the passage. Rig work is scheduled with the yard period or the departure, so the boat is not stuck half-rigged between jobs.
Send the age of the rig and what failed. We will inspect, spec the replacement, and set it up to sail.
