Installations & Custom Work

Upgrades fail when they are bolted on. We install solar, watermakers, air conditioning, refrigeration, canvas interfaces, and custom metal as a finished system, with the structure, the power, and the service access planned before the first hole is drilled.

Power and water systems. Solar arrays and frames, charging, watermakers, air conditioning, ice makers, and full refrigeration, sized to the boat and tied into the existing electrical and plumbing.
Deck and exterior. Synthetic decking, bimini and canvas interfaces, BBQ mounts, satellite and satphone mounts, and custom stainless handrails, built to the boat instead of forced onto it.
One crew across trades. Mechanical, electrical, and fabrication sit in the same shop, so a refrigerator install does not stall waiting on a separate carpenter or electrician.

Tell us the gear and how you use the boat. We will then lay out the install and put it in service rather than leave it as a punch list.

Metal Fabrication

We build and repair metal parts for boats, mainly in stainless steel and aluminum: custom brackets, mounts, rails, arches, and repairs to existing metalwork. Welding and fabrication are done in-house. Past jobs on this page include stainless handrails, grill and BBQ mounts, dive tank racks, solar panel frames, satellite mounts, and table supports.

Can you build a custom bracket or mount for my boat?

Yes. Tell us what needs to be mounted and where, and send photos. We design the part, build it, and install it as part of the job, as with the stainless dive racks and grill mounts shown on this page.
